1. Services Offered

We provide services including but not limited to:

• Air ticket booking (domestic & international)
• Umrah package facilitation
• Visit visa application assistance
• Student visa consultation and processing

All services are subject to availability, regulatory approval, and third-party provider policies (e.g., airlines, embassies).

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed with full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
• Prices are subject to change based on market rates, fuel charges, government taxes, and foreign exchange fluctuations.
• Booking confirmations are issued only upon receipt of full payment.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Air Tickets:

• Cancellation and refund policies depend on the airline’s terms and fare rules.
• Service charges are non-refundable.

Visa Services:

• Visa fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted, regardless of the outcome.
• Townside Travels is not responsible for visa rejections by embassies or consulates.

Umrah Packages:

• Cancellation charges may apply based on the package, proximity to travel dates, and supplier policies.
• In case of visa rejection, only recoverable costs will be refunded.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for bookings and visa applications.
• You must ensure your passport has a valid expiry date and required documents.
• You are responsible for checking travel restrictions, vaccination requirements, and entry rules of the destination country.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Townside Travels acts as an intermediary between the customer and third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, embassies).
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, rejections, or losses caused by third parties, weather, strikes, or force majeure events.
• We do not guarantee visa approvals or entry into any country.

6. Changes to Itineraries or Services

• We reserve the right to amend travel itineraries, pricing, or services due to circumstances beyond our control.
• You will be notified promptly in case of such changes, and alternative options will be provided where possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of Townside Travels Agency and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.

8. Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

9. Governing Law
